1. Deposits and Payments: All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your date and time for the photography session.
2. Refund Requests: If you are unhappy with the final images or services provided, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your photos. We will work with you to address your concerns.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations: If you cancel your session with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit.
5. Quality Assurance: We take pride in our work. If there is an issue with the quality of the images due to our error, we will provide a re-shoot at no additional cost.
6. Refund will be processed within 3-5 bussiness days.
